We are seeking a talented and experienced Global Content & Tour Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our content and tour offerings to a global audience.As the Global Content & Tour Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and curating compelling content and designing unique tour experiences that capture the essence of Utah and attract visitors from all corners of the world. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for travel and tourism will play a crucial role in promoting Utah as a premier travel destination.To thrive in this role, you must have a deep understanding of global travel trends and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. We are looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated, and has a strong sense of teamwork. If you have a love for Utah and a desire to showcase its wonders to the world, we want to hear from you.

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of global travel trends and market demand to inform content and tour offerings.
  2. Create and curate high-quality and engaging content that accurately reflects the diverse beauty and culture of Utah.
  3. Design unique and immersive tour experiences that showcase the best of Utah and appeal to a global audience.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure all content and tours align with the overall marketing and branding strategy of the state.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expanding the reach and impact of Utah's tourism industry.
  6. Manage the production and distribution of content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  7. Foster relationships with local businesses, attractions, and partners to develop partnerships and enhance the overall tour experience.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of content and tour offerings, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
  9. Maintain a strong understanding of all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to tourism and travel.
  10. Represent Utah at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the state and establish connections with potential partners and customers.
  11. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in global travel and tourism to ensure Utah remains a top destination for travelers.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase awareness and interest in Utah as a travel destination.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, responding to inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Uphold the values and mission of the State of Utah and act as an ambassador for the state's tourism industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Tourism, Marketing, International Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Content Creation, Marketing, And/Or Tour Planning In The Global Travel Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Markets, Cultural Differences, And Travel Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Intercultural Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Teams And Build Relationships With International Partners.

  • Proficiency In A Foreign Language And Experience Living Or Working Abroad Preferred.
