- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences and effectively reach them through various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall state objectives.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments for optimal results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, government agencies, and other key partners to increase the state's visibility and promote initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Manage and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including print, digital, and multimedia content.
- Coordinate and manage events and promotional initiatives to engage with the community and promote the state's programs and initiatives.
- Work closely with public relations team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to other team members and departments in their marketing efforts.
- Monitor and manage marketing budget to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation in achieving marketing objectives.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing, With A Focus On Strategic Planning And Execution.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Techniques, Including Seo, Sem, Social Media, And Email Marketing.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Marketing Campaigns That Drive Business Growth.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
