
Warehouse Manager

- Oversee all warehouse operations and ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement inventory management procedures to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse materials.
- Ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly received, inspected, and documented.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the distribution of materials and supplies to various locations.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, productivity, and any issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve warehouse operations.
- Monitor and control warehouse budget and expenses.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the warehouse team.
- Represent the State of Utah in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Warehouse Management Or A Similar Role.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, And Safety Procedures.
Familiarity With Relevant Software, Such As Warehouse Management Systems And Inventory Tracking Systems.
