4. Research and stay updated on career development theories, techniques, and resources to provide the most current and effective counseling services.
5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement career development workshops and programs.
6. Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
7. Provide support and guidance to clients in resume writing, job searching, and interview preparation.
8. Act as a liaison between clients and potential employers, facilitating job placements and networking opportunities.
9. Stay informed of government regulations and policies related to career development, and ensure compliance in all counseling services.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve counseling methods and techniques to better assist clients in achieving their career goals.
11. Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to provide comprehensive and effective career counseling services.
12. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in career counseling.
13. Contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the Department of Human Resources through teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
