3. Conduct security checks and inspections of the facility and inmates' belongings.
4. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline within the facility.
5. Respond to emergencies and effectively handle high-pressure situations.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of inmates' activities and incidents.
7. Communicate effectively with inmates, staff, and other stakeholders.
8. Provide support and assistance to inmates as needed.
9. Conduct searches for contraband and prohibited items.
10. Monitor and control inmate movement within the facility.
11. Conduct thorough searches of inmates, visitors, and staff when necessary.
12. Escort inmates to and from various locations within the facility.
13. Conduct headcounts and maintain accurate inmate counts.
14. Follow all departmental policies and procedures.
15. Attend and participate in training and development programs.
16. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
17. Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
18. Report any security breaches or suspicious activity.
19. Be prepared to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
20. Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
