  1. Lead a team of investigators in conducting thorough and impartial investigations into various cases.
  2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the investigative team.
  3. Ensure that all investigations are conducted in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
  4. Develop and implement investigative strategies to effectively gather and analyze evidence.
  5. Train and mentor team members to improve investigative techniques and processes.

  12. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to investigations.

  14. Represent the department in meetings and conferences related to investigations.
  15. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the investigative process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Law Enforcement, With At Least 3 Years In A Supervisory Role.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Investigative Techniques And Procedures, As Well As State And Federal Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Other Law Enforcement Agencies.

  • Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record, With The Ability To Travel As Needed For Investigations.
