As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our power plants throughout the state.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple power plants, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
  2. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of power plant workers, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  3. Monitor and maintain equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  4. Develop and implement procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  5. Train and mentor new employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable and capable of performing their duties effectively.
  6. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any potential hazards or equipment malfunctions.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams to coordinate maintenance and repair schedules, as well as to implement new processes and procedures.
  8. Keep accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents or accidents that occur.
  9. Continuously seek ways to improve plant efficiency and reduce costs through innovative ideas and initiatives.
  10. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and a strong work ethic among all team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role At A Power Plant Facility.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Power Plant Operations, Including Electrical Systems, Mechanical Equipment, And Safety Protocols.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Direct A Team Effectively.

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Regulations Related To Power Plant Operations, Including Environmental And Safety Regulations.

  • Advanced Technical Skills And Experience In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving In A Power Plant Setting.
