Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Education, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs For A Large Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design.

  • Experience In Supervising And Managing A Team Of Trainers And/Or Instructional Designers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
