Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Staffing Coordinator At The State Of Virginia Is Expected To Have A Strong Understanding Of Hr Principles And Practices. A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Demonstrates A Solid Foundation In These Areas.
Previous Experience In Recruitment And Staffing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Recruitment And Staffing, Preferably In A Government Or Public Sector Setting. This Experience Should Include Sourcing, Interviewing, And Onboarding Of Employees.
