- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administration.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
- Adhere to all school and state policies and procedures.
- Represent the school and the welding program in a positive manner to the community and industry partners.
- Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods to enhance student learning and success.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Professional Welding Experience In A Variety Of Welding Methods, Such As Mig, Tig, And Stick Welding.
Certified Welding Inspector (Cwi) Certification From The American Welding Society (Aws).
Experience In Teaching Or Training Others, Ideally In A Vocational Or Technical Education Setting.
Knowledge Of Current Welding Industry Standards And Safety Practices.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Teach And Mentor Students Of Varying Skill Levels.
