Your strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, along with your ability to communicate complex financial concepts, will be essential in ensuring the maintenance of our financial stability and regulatory compliance.We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Previous experience in liquidity management, risk management, or financial analysis is preferred.   1. Monitor and analyze the organization's liquidity risk exposure on a daily basis.
  2. Identify and report any potential liquidity issues or concerns to senior management.
  3. Develop and maintain liquidity risk management policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess the potential impact of market events on the organization's liquidity position.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as Treasury and Risk Management, to ensure effective liquidity risk management across the organization.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators and financial institutions, to stay informed of industry developments and best practices.
  7. Utilize quantitative and analytical skills to assess and model different liquidity scenarios.
  8. Communicate complex financial concepts and analysis to various stakeholders, including senior management and regulators.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of new liquidity risk management tools and processes.
  10. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends related to liquidity risk management.
  11. Provide support and guidance to junior team members, including training and mentoring.
  12. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  13. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall risk management processes.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve liquidity risk management strategies and procedures.
  15. Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance and optimize liquidity risk reporting and analysis tools.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Liquidity Management, Cash Management, Or Treasury Operations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Instruments, Including Money Market And Fixed Income Products.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions Under Pressure.

  • Proficiency In Financial Software And Systems, Such As Bloomberg Or Reuters, And Advanced Excel Skills.
