Managing Director, Global Head of Payroll

We are looking for an experienced, professional, and detail-oriented Managing Director, Global Head of Payroll to join the State Street team. In this role, you would be responsible for overseeing payroll operations across the organization’s global locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You would be expected to provide strategic leadership and guidance to the payroll team to help ensure the smooth and successful completion of payroll processes and activities.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive and relevant experience managing payroll operations in a complex global environment, preferably in the financial services industry. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of payroll systems and processes, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
