  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  3. Create and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.
  4. Design and implement recruitment processes and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles accordingly.
  6. Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.
  7. Conduct thorough candidate assessments and screenings to identify the best fit for the organization.
  8. Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  9. Negotiate and extend job offers, including compensation and benefits packages, to successful candidates.
  10. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  12. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their hiring needs.
  15. Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment-related activities.
  16. Provide guidance and training to hiring managers and other team members on best practices in recruitment and hiring.
  17. Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline the talent acquisition process.
  18. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and tools in the recruitment industry to enhance the recruitment process.
  19. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  20. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by attracting and retaining top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Recruitment, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Talent Acquisition Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.

  • Experience Managing A Team Of Recruiters And Overseeing The Full Recruitment Cycle.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Candidates.
