- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and screenings to identify the best fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate and extend job offers, including compensation and benefits packages, to successful candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their hiring needs.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers and other team members on best practices in recruitment and hiring.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline the talent acquisition process.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and tools in the recruitment industry to enhance the recruitment process.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by attracting and retaining top talent.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Recruitment, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Talent Acquisition Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Experience Managing A Team Of Recruiters And Overseeing The Full Recruitment Cycle.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Candidates.
