Stater Bros. is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and can ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take initiative, this could be the perfect job for you! The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. The successful candidate will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask are essential for this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly and ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome
  2. Answer customers' questions regarding products and services
  3. Provide accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and product features
  4. Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and payment processing
  5. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
  6. Assist with upselling and cross-selling products and services
  7. Monitor customer feedback and adjust service delivery accordingly
  8. Generate reports for management to track customer service performance
  9. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and pricing
  10. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products and services
