Job Description

Stater Bros. is looking for an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to join our team and take responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of our Distribution Center. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, and be able to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all products and goods. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety and quality while managing the center’s personnel, resources, and activities.To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or grocery store setting. You should also have a thorough understanding of warehouse operations and be well-versed in the use of technology and software. Above all, you should have a proven track record of success in managing personnel, resources, and activities. If you are an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  1. Supervise the operations of the Distribution Center to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all products and goods.
  2. Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.
  3. Manage personnel, resources, and activities of the Distribution Center.
  4. Utilize technology and software to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Ensure customer service standards are met.
  6. Develop and implement plans to optimize warehouse operations.
  7. Monitor performance and identify areas of improvement.
  8. Maintain records and compile reports.
  9. Operate within established budget.
  10. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and customers.
