Job Description

At Stater Bros., we are looking for an experienced and motivated Distribution Center Supervisor to join our team. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of all warehouse activities. You will be required to provide leadership, direction, and support to warehouse staff while meeting the company’s operational goals and objectives.We are looking for someone who has a strong motivation to succeed and is results-oriented. You should have a great attitude, be flexible to respond to changing needs, and be capable of leading and motivating a team. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be organized, have great problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in a Distribution Center or Warehouse Management role. They should also have a strong understanding of safety regulations and be knowledgeable in inventory and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center and ensure accuracy and efficiency of all warehouse activities.
  2. Provide leadership, direction, and support to warehouse staff.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve Distribution Center operations.
  4. Ensure the safety and security of the Distribution Center and its personnel.
  5. Monitor and analyze inventory and supply chain management.
  6. Troubleshoot operational issues and develop solutions.
  7. Prepare and present reports on Distribution Center performance.
  8. Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements.
  10. Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
