Distribution Center Supervisor

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of all warehouse activities. They should also have a strong understanding of safety regulations and be knowledgeable in inventory and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Distribution Center and ensure accuracy and efficiency of all warehouse activities.
2. Provide leadership, direction, and support to warehouse staff.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve Distribution Center operations.
4. Ensure the safety and security of the Distribution Center and its personnel.
5. Monitor and analyze inventory and supply chain management.
6. Troubleshoot operational issues and develop solutions.
7. Prepare and present reports on Distribution Center performance.
8. Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
9. Identify and implement process improvements.
10. Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
