Loss Prevention Specialist

Stater Bros. is looking for an experienced and motivated Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work well with both customers and store personnel. Our Loss Prevention Specialist will help protect the organization from loss of merchandise, cash, and other assets.The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience in a retail or related field, and the ability to obtain a valid California Guard Card. Responsibilities of a Loss Prevention Specialist:

• Monitor the store environment for any suspicious activity.

• Investigate and resolve incidents of theft or loss.

• Monitor surveillance equipment and review video footage.
