Ensure authorizations to hire are approved. Create and post job openings on appropriate media Screen resumes and applications for manager review. Conduct prescreen phone and in-person interviews. Schedule candidate interviews. Complete reference checks. Prepare and extend offers of employment, and process pre-employment screening paperwork (background check, drug test, physical). Support HR managers and hiring managers with new hire onboarding. Manage and support facilitation of new hire orientation.
