Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager, Customer Analytics to join our Subway team! The successful candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven decisions in the area of customer analytics. This role requires a business-minded individual with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, math, or computer science. You will have a minimum of five years working in analytics, with at least two years of experience in customer analytics or related field. You will also have strong knowledge of data visualization and analysis, as well as experience with database technologies such as SQL and a good understanding of statistics and predictive modeling. In addition, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.If you are a self-starter who is passionate about working with data and making an impact, we want to hear from you!
