Welcome to Sunglass Hut! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team and lead our retail operations to success. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about the retail industry and has a proven track record of managing and developing successful teams.   1. Oversee the daily operations of all retail stores, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to drive sales and improve customer service.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  4. Train, mentor, and motivate store managers and sales associates to ensure they are delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
  5. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Work closely with the merchandising team to develop and execute effective visual merchandising strategies.
  7. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely replenishment of stock.
  8. Collaborate with the HR team to recruit, hire, and train new store staff as needed.
  9. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  10. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on store performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the retail operations.
  12. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Assist with budget planning and ensure all stores are operating within budget.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales.
  15. Ensure all stores are meeting company standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Retail Operations Manager At Sunglass Hut Should Have Experience Managing A Team And Be Able To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Motivate Employees To Meet Sales Goals.

  • Retail Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry Such As Fashion Or Accessories.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Constant Communication With Employees, Customers, And Upper Management. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate In A Professional And Friendly Manner.

  • Sales And Customer Service Experience: Sunglass Hut Is A Customer-Centric Company, And The Retail Operations Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sales Techniques And Be Able To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience For All Customers.

  • Strong Organizational And Analytical Skills: The Retail Operations Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing Inventory, Scheduling, And Analyzing Sales Data. Candidates Should Have Strong Organizational Skills And Be Able To Use Data To Make Informed Decisions To Improve Store Performance.
