Job Description

Sunglass Hut is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team! Our ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, has an eye for fashion, and a drive to exceed sales expectations. If you are motivated and have a strong desire to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of sales success. We are looking for someone with a friendly, approachable demeanor, a positive attitude, and a knack for connecting with customers. Knowledge of the sunglass industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Assist customers in selecting the best products that meet their needs.
  3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  4. Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as necessary.
  6. Follow retail standards for merchandising and display.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and security regulations.
  8. Achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  9. Stay up-to-date with current trends in the sunglass industry.
  10. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment.
