Watch Maker

We are looking for a highly skilled Watch Maker to join the Swatch Group. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our world-class watches, ensuring that they remain in perfect condition. To be successful in this role, you will need an in-depth knowledge of the workings of watches, as well as exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and repair a variety of watches, including mechanical and quartz watches, to ensure they are working properly.
2. Test watches for accuracy and adjust movements as necessary.
3. Dismantle and reassemble watches to identify and repair faults.
4. Replace and adjust watch components, such as batteries, straps, and crystals.
5. Provide accurate estimates of repair times and costs.
6. Investigate and diagnose more complex watch faults.
7. Maintain records of repairs and services provided.
8. Collaborate with other watchmakers and team members to share knowledge and expertise.
9. Operate specialized watchmaking tools and equipment.
10. Provide excellent customer service to clients.
