Watch Technician

At Swatch Group, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Watch Technician to join our team. We are looking for a strong problem solver and creative thinker who is eager to work with our collection of watches and help us provide our clients with the best service.The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working as a watch technician. They should also be able to demonstrate their knowledge of watchmaking by providing examples of the various repairs and services they have completed. The right candidate will be comfortable with a variety of watch models and brands, including many of the luxury watches in the Swatch Group portfolio.The successful candidate must also possess excellent problem solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also have an eye for detail and be able to work quickly and accurately to ensure that all watches are repaired and serviced according to our high standards.We look forward to having you join us and help us provide our customers with the best service possible.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

• Perform repairs and services on a variety of watches, including luxury watches in the Swatch Group portfolio

• Troubleshoot watch issues accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when working on watches

• Demonstrate knowledge of watchmaking and provide examples of previous repairs and services

• Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Keep updated on the latest watch technology and trends

• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

• Ensure all watches are repaired and serviced according to the highest standards
