E2E Tech Lead - Identity and Access Management

We are looking for an experienced and motivated E2E Tech Lead - Identity and Access Management to join our Swisscom team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end technical delivery of Identity and Access Management solutions, as well as providing technical guidance and expertise to the rest of the team.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering successful IAM solutions, strong technical knowledge of related technologies and tools, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. 1. Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Identity and Access Management solutions
2. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team
3. Develop and maintain successful IAM solutions
4. Ensure the delivery of projects are on time and within budget
5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and tools
6. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
7. Monitor and evaluate IAM performance
8. Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of IAM processes
10. Create and maintain documentation related to IAM solutions
