- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in a B2B environment.
- Provide high-level customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Grow the business through successful sales projects.
- Identify and understand clients’ needs and requirements.
- Negotiate terms of agreement and pricing with clients.
- Monitor progress of sales projects and ensure they are within budget and timeline.
- Prepare and present sales reports and project updates to management.
- Stay up-to-date with B2B industry trends and developments.
- Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to maintain and resolve customer issues.
- Provide accurate forecasts and sales performance to management.
