Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated, and experienced Key Account Manager - B2B to join the Swisscom team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing high-level customer service, and growing the business. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of managing and delivering successful sales projects in a B2B environment. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a confident and dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the B2B industry and a passion for achieving results, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients in a B2B environment.
  2. Provide high-level customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Grow the business through successful sales projects.
  4. Identify and understand clients’ needs and requirements.
  5. Negotiate terms of agreement and pricing with clients.
  6. Monitor progress of sales projects and ensure they are within budget and timeline.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports and project updates to management.
  8. Stay up-to-date with B2B industry trends and developments.
  9. Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to maintain and resolve customer issues.
  10. Provide accurate forecasts and sales performance to management.
