
ServiceNow Solution Consultant
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant to join Swisscom's team. As a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to our customers on how to optimize their ServiceNow platform. You will be required to analyze customer requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet their needs.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least five years of experience in consulting and/or implementation of ServiceNow solutions. In addition, you must be able to communicate clearly with customers, and possess a strong technical aptitude for understanding and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions. - Analyze customer requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet their needs
- Provide consulting services to customers on how to optimize their ServiceNow platform

- Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Maintain a strong understanding of ServiceNow products and services
- Monitor customer use of ServiceNow platform and provide feedback to improve user experience
- Troubleshoot any technical issues with ServiceNow solutions
- Stay up-to-date on new ServiceNow products and services
