Accounting Analyst

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join the Synchrony team and help us grow and sustain our success. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for accuracy and a love for numbers. The successful candidate should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, be able to analyze data, and have experience with data-driven decision making.The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for reviewing complex financial records and preparing detailed financial reports. They will collaborate with other members of the accounting team to ensure accuracy and quality of financial reporting. Additionally, they will be responsible for researching and resolving discrepancies, preparing and analyzing budgets, and maintaining detailed records of financial performance.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least three years of experience in accounting or finance, and excellent knowledge of financial and accounting software. The candidate must also have strong analytical skills, be able to think critically, and have excellent problem-solving ability. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and in teams, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
