  1. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock checks and audits.
  2. Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory levels, and take corrective action to resolve issues.
  3. Collaborate with warehouse team to maintain organization and cleanliness of inventory storage areas.
  4. Utilize inventory management software and systems to track and update inventory records.
  5. Communicate inventory levels, changes, and issues to management in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical counts with system records.
  8. Report any damaged or expired products to management and take appropriate actions.
  9. Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and quality.
  10. Help with the preparation and execution of inventory transfers and shipments.
  11. Train and mentor new inventory control associates.
  12. Follow all safety and security protocols to protect inventory and maintain a safe working environment.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with team members and other departments.
  14. Be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate business needs.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to inventory control.
