Associate Solutions Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity at T-Mobile for an Associate Solutions Engineer who can provide technical support for our customers and team members. This role calls for someone who is experienced in engineering and is eager to help customers and team members with their technical support needs. The ideal candidate will be an experienced engineer and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should have a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for providing excellent customer service. They should also be well-versed in software applications and technologies.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in engineering. They should also be familiar with a variety of software applications and technologies, such as Microsoft Office Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
