The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of digital customer experience and digital marketing, as well as a passion for developing and delivering innovative solutions to customer challenges.This is a highly visible role and requires a creative and ambitious individual who is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaboratively with other departments. The Digital Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of digital customer experience initiatives across the entire T-Mobile customer journey, from onboarding through to loyalty.Required qualifications include:* Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Experience, Business, or related field * 5+ years of digital customer experience and/or digital marketing experience* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital customer experience initiatives* Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams* Knowledge and experience with web and mobile technologies* Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve customer challenges* Excellent communication and presentation skillsIf you are a driven professional who is passionate about customer experience and digital marketing, and have the qualifications and experience to make a positive impact at T-Mobile, then we want to hear from you!
