Job Description

T-Mobile is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Capabilities Manager to help lead our digital marketing efforts. This role requires someone who is well-versed in digital marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, able to think outside the box and bring insights from the data.The Digital Marketing Capabilities Manager will be responsible for driving strategy execution, developing digital marketing capabilities, and leading cross-functional teams. To be successful in this position, you should have a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and the customer experience. An understanding of product and design principles, and an ability to collaborate with stakeholders, is also essential.You should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant post-graduate degree is preferred. A minimum of five years' experience in digital marketing or a related field is also required. Ideally, you should have experience working at a large telecom company or a similar organization.We are looking for a passionate team player who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to the role. You should be an excellent communicator, able to present complex data in a clear, concise way. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
