Job Description

At T-Mobile, we’re looking for an Employee Communications Manager with a passion for connecting with people and crafting compelling messages that drive employee engagement. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to create content that resonates with our diverse workforce and will have a knack for staying up-to-date on the latest trends in employee communications. Our Employee Communications Manager should have a minimum of five years of professional experience in a communications related role. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong attention to detail. Additionally, the successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. As our Employee Communications Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the needs and preferences of our employees and developing strategies that align with T-Mobile’s overall objectives. You will be the key point of contact for all employee communications initiatives and will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure a consistent employee experience.
