As a Mobile Associate, you will be the face of the company, providing customers with exceptional service and attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, be fluent in Spanish, and have the ability to explain product features to customers. You must also be comfortable working with mobile devices, have the ability to multi-task, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Provide customers with exceptional service and attention to detail • Handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner • Explain product features and services in Spanish to customers • Assist customers with troubleshooting mobile devices • Monitor customer feedback and respond accordingly • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information • Update customer records and maintain customer databases • Multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
