Responsibilities:

1. Provide world-class customer service to customers
2. Develop relationships with customers to better understand their needs
3. Assist customers in selecting the best T-Mobile products and services for their needs
4. Maintain knowledge of current T-Mobile products and services
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues promptly and professionally
6. Create and maintain customer accounts
7. Track and record customer inquiries and transactions
8. Maintain a clean and organized workstation
9. Participate in team meetings and store promotions
10. Follow company policies and procedures
