Program Manager, Travel, Expense & Card

Program Manager for the Motus Auto Mileage Reimbursement Program. Manage Motus relationship- biweekly calls with Motus team, or as needed. Internal meeting with stakeholder business units , every 3 weeks, or as needed. Answer and facilitate daily customer service requests and questions. Coordinate and conduct training for participants as needed. Facilitate driver changes through internal HR and Motus sites. Review job titles monthly and update as needed. Coordinate with payroll for the quarterly tax submission. Manage the Motus T-Nation, (Intranet Portal), page. Provide Adhoc reporting as required. Partner with Motus on bi-yearly reviews for account adjustments. Attend quarterly reviews with Motus and internal stakeholders. Participate in the Motus contract renewal process.
