  1. Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel accommodations.
  2. Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior executives.
  3. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for senior executives.
  4. Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  5. Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects and responsibilities.
  6. Act as a liaison between senior executives and other departments within the company.
  7. Proactively identify and address potential conflicts or issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
  8. Plan and coordinate company events and meetings, including logistics, agenda creation, and follow-up.
  9. Anticipate the needs of senior executives and provide proactive support to ensure their success.
  10. Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of senior executives.
  11. Conduct research and gather information as requested by senior executives.
  12. Collaborate with other administrative assistants to ensure efficient and effective support for all senior executives.
  13. Maintain a neat and organized office space for senior executives.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and streamline tasks for senior executives.
  15. Represent T-Mobile with a professional and personable demeanor when interacting with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As An Executive Assistant, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Corporate Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With High-Level Executives, Clients, And Team Members.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, With A Willingness To Adapt And Learn New Tools And Technologies.
