  1. Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand and anticipate the company's talent needs.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform talent acquisition strategies.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of talent acquisition strategies.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals to ensure a consistent and high-quality hiring process.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top candidates to the organization.
  8. Partner with HR and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  9. Develop and implement talent development programs to support the growth and retention of current employees.
  10. Stay updated on best practices and trends in talent management and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as compensation and benefits, to ensure competitive and attractive employee packages.
  12. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent-related matters.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's talent management policies and procedures.
  14. Represent T-Mobile at industry events and conferences to attract top talent and promote the company's employer brand.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages diversity and promotes employee engagement and retention.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Talent Strategy Consulting, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Talent Strategies, Including Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, And Talent Development.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Identify Trends And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
