Sr. Vendor Manager

We are seeking a senior-level Vendor Manager to join the T-Mobile team. As a key member of our Vendor Management team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, coordinating across departments, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.You should have excellent relationship-building and communication skills, as well as knowledge of contract management and vendor policies. You will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in vendor management and be able to quickly develop relationships with vendors to ensure that our organization’s goals and objectives are met. The ideal candidate will be motivated, have a customer-service mindset, and be committed to providing a high level of service to our T-Mobile customers.

5. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of customer service.
6. Track and analyze vendor performance to identify areas of improvement.
7. Develop and implement vendor management guidelines and policies.
8. Develop and implement tools to measure and improve vendor performance.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in vendor management.
10. Manage vendor onboarding, training, and onboarding.
