Job Description

The Sr. Human Resources Consultant (Sr. HRC) is an internal client-facing role, aligned primarily with specific business units. The incumbent will manage and execute HR initiatives as directed by the HR Business Partner for the business units assigned. The Sr. HRC will partner with our Centers of Expertise (COE) on enterprise-wide programs. The Sr. HRC acts as consultant and HR advisor to senior level leaders and associates on HR practices and programs. Maintains an enterprise HR perspective while supporting business functions or HR-specific priorities and is responsible for advising others and keeping colleagues informed. Acts as a subject matter expert in functional areas of HR such as: organizational development and change management, performance & development, compensation, talent management, diversity & inclusion, and complex associate relations matters.

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years of total relevant work experience

  • Advanced knowledge of current market trends and HR practices
