  1. Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability for the retirement plan services business.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement innovative product offerings.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the retirement plan services industry.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences in order to tailor offerings accordingly.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry and competitive trends to inform product development and positioning.
  7. Develop and manage product roadmaps and timelines.
  8. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for promoting and selling products.
  9. Develop and manage pricing strategies for products to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  10. Lead and manage a team of product managers and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  11. Oversee product launch and implementation processes, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
  12. Monitor and report on product performance and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure products are in compliance.
  14. Represent the company and the RPS Core Market team at industry events and conferences.
  15. Continuously evaluate and enhance processes, procedures, and tools to improve product management efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Marketing, Or Sales Within The Financial Services Industry, With A Focus On Retirement Plan Solutions.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Market, Including Industry Trends, Regulatory Landscape, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, Including Mutual Funds, Collective Investment Trusts, And Separately Managed Accounts.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Product Strategies For The Retirement Plan Market, Resulting In Increased Revenue And Market Share.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients And Industry Partners.
