- Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability for the retirement plan services business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement innovative product offerings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the retirement plan services industry.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences in order to tailor offerings accordingly.

- Represent the company and the RPS Core Market team at industry events and conferences.

Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Marketing, Or Sales Within The Financial Services Industry, With A Focus On Retirement Plan Solutions.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Market, Including Industry Trends, Regulatory Landscape, And Competitive Landscape.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, Including Mutual Funds, Collective Investment Trusts, And Separately Managed Accounts.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Product Strategies For The Retirement Plan Market, Resulting In Increased Revenue And Market Share.
