As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing all aspects of our restaurant operations.   1. Oversee all operations of the Taco Bell location, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and profitability, while adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  3. Hire, train, and schedule employees, including conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing coaching and support.
  4. Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure proper inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profits.
  5. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  6. Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and a strong work ethic among staff members.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to drive growth.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with other General Managers and company leadership to share best practices and implement new initiatives.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to continuously improve the restaurant's performance and stay ahead of competitors.

The General Manager Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset And Be Able To Ensure That All Customers Have A Positive Experience At The Restaurant.
