Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Desk Level Analyst to join the IT team at Taco Bell. As the Service Desk Level Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and employees for all IT-related inquiries. You will be responsible for providing quality support to our customers and employees, ensuring that their needs are met quickly and efficiently.To be the successful candidate, you must have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in a customer service or IT support role. You must also possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
