At Taco Bell, our Service Desk team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and providing exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a Service Desk Level - Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Service Desk Level - Analyst, you will be responsible for quickly and efficiently resolving technical issues, providing support to our restaurant teams, and maintaining our systems and equipment. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.   1. Provide prompt and efficient resolution to technical issues reported by restaurant teams.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for various systems and equipment.
  3. Maintain and update systems and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to restaurant teams, addressing inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues.
  6. Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
  7. Train and support restaurant teams on the use of systems and equipment.
  8. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Service Desk team.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to proactively identify potential issues and provide innovative solutions.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security of systems and equipment.
  11. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requests to meet tight deadlines.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  13. Continuously strive to provide excellent service and exceed customer expectations.
  14. Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
  15. Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on ongoing projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Taco Bell's Technology Systems, Including Pos Systems, Order Taking Devices, And Online Ordering Platforms.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues For Customers In A Clear And Friendly Manner.

  • Previous Experience In A Customer Service Or Technical Support Role, Ideally In The Fast Food Or Restaurant Industry.

  • Ability To Multi-Task And Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment, Handling Multiple Customer Inquiries And Technical Issues Simultaneously.

  • Flexibility To Work Non-Traditional Hours, Including Nights And Weekends, As The Service Desk May Operate 24/7 To Support Taco Bell's Global Operations.
