  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Taco Bell restaurant.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of team members to provide outstanding customer service.
  3. Ensure that all team members are trained and following company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards.
  5. Create and maintain a positive work environment for team members.
  6. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
  8. Conduct inventory and ensure accurate stock levels for food and supplies.
  9. Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing the register, and preparing daily cash deposits.
  10. Assist with scheduling and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to meet business needs.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.
  12. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and provide opportunities for growth.
  13. Collaborate with the management team to implement new policies and procedures.
  14. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  15. Continuously monitor and improve restaurant operations to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In The Food Service Industry: A Shift Lead At Taco Bell Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment. This Will Give Them An Understanding Of The Daily Operations And Skills Needed To Effectively Lead A Team.

  • Availability To Work Varied Shifts: Taco Bell Restaurants Are Open For Long Hours, Including Late Nights And Weekends. The Shift Lead Should Be Able To Work A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Cover Shifts As Needed. This May Include Working Early Mornings, Late Nights, And Weekends.
