- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Taco Bell restaurant.
- Lead and motivate a team of team members to provide outstanding customer service.
- Ensure that all team members are trained and following company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for team members.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.

- Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing the register, and preparing daily cash deposits.
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to meet business needs.
