4. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
5. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and guests to address any issues or concerns and provide timely solutions.
6. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
7. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the menu items and be able to make recommendations and answer questions from guests.
8. Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
9. Handle and resolve any guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
11. Collaborate with other Shift Leaders and team members to ensure a smooth and successful shift transition.
12. Assist in scheduling and managing labor costs to meet business needs.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
14. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
15. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety and security procedures.
