- Greet and welcome customers to Taco Bell with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food items according to Taco Bell's standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including stocking and restocking supplies.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns with a helpful and friendly demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Take initiative to learn and understand Taco Bell's menu, promotions, and policies.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
- Continuously strive to improve and maintain the highest level of food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist with training new team members as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Previous Experience In Food Service: A Team Member - Food Champion At Taco Bell Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment, Preferably In A Food Service Role. This Will Ensure That They Are Familiar With Kitchen Operations, Food Safety Protocols, And Customer Service Standards.
Knowledge Of Taco Bell Menu Items: As A Food Champion, The Team Member Will Be Responsible For Preparing And Assembling Taco Bell's Signature Menu Items. Therefore, They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Menu, Including Ingredients, Portion Sizes, And Presentation.
Ability To Work In A Team: Taco Bell Is Known For Its Fast-Paced And Collaborative Work Environment. A Team Member - Food Champion Should Be Able To Work Well With Others, Take Direction From Supervisors, And Communicate Effectively With Team Members To Ensure Smooth Operations.
Attention To Detail: Preparing And Assembling Food Items Requires Precision And Attention To Detail To Ensure Consistency And Quality. A Food Champion Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Follow Recipes And Operational Guidelines Accurately.
