As a Food Champion, you will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by preparing and serving delicious food items with a smile.   1. Prepare and serve food items according to Taco Bell's standards and recipes.
  2. Ensure food items are cooked, assembled, and presented according to quality and safety guidelines.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  4. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  5. Take accurate and timely orders from customers and process payments.
  6. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  7. Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
  9. Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and special offers to accurately answer customer questions.
  10. Assist with stocking and restocking inventory as needed.
  11. Follow cash handling procedures and accurately count and reconcile cash drawers.
  12. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience for every guest.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In The Food Service Industry: A Team Member - Food Champion Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Restaurant Or Fast Food Setting. This Experience Will Help Them To Understand The Fast-Paced Environment And Be Able To Handle Customer Orders Efficiently.
