As a Service Champion, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers.   1. Provide exceptional customer service: The primary responsibility of a Service Champion is to ensure that each customer has a positive and memorable experience. This includes greeting customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a high level of cleanliness: As a member of the service team, it is your responsibility to ensure that the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained at all times. This includes regularly cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, and following all food safety and hygiene protocols.
  3. Prepare and serve food: Service Champions are responsible for preparing and serving food items according to Taco Bell's standards and recipes. This may include cooking, assembling, and packaging food items, as well as ensuring that all orders are accurate and meet quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with team members: A strong team dynamic is crucial in a fast-paced environment like Taco Bell. As a Service Champion, you will be expected to work closely with your team members, communicate effectively, and assist each other in delivering exceptional service to customers.
  5. Upsell and promote products: Service Champions are also responsible for upselling and promoting products to customers. This may include suggesting add-ons or upgrades to their orders, as well as informing them about current promotions or new menu items.
  6. Handle cash and transactions: Another important responsibility of a Service Champion is handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely. This includes operating the cash register, counting and reconciling cash at the end of each shift, and following all cash handling procedures.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures: As a representative of Taco Bell, it is essential to follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code, safety protocols, and food handling guidelines. This is crucial in maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
