The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to analyze data and develop action plans, and have a strong knowledge of the luxury watch industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store, including staff, customer service, and inventory.
  2. Hire, train, and motivate store personnel to ensure high levels of customer service, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  3. Set and monitor store performance goals, including sales targets, customer service, and operational excellence.
  4. Develop action plans to address any areas of under-performance.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to store personnel, encouraging collaboration and team building.
  6. Analyze store data and develop strategies to optimize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to address any issues.
  9. Maintain a strong knowledge of the luxury watch industry and stay up to date on industry trends.
