Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyze data to develop new business solutions and strategies.
2. Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure successful project completion.
3. Prepare presentations to present complex ideas and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
4. Create data models to support the development of software solutions.
5. Monitor performance of existing systems and recommend improvements.
6. Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality of solutions.
7. Provide technical support and training to clients.
8. Proactively troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints.
9. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends.
10. Track progress of projects and report progress to management.
